Hi.

I have this huawei BLA-L09 with android 9, emui 9, and security patch 1 december 2018.

Is imei repair possible? If not, is this rom still with XLOADER V1?, so then I can make a downgrade safely.

Hello.

Unfortuantely, on this firmware and security version, Repair IMEI operation may not work correctly, we don't test downgrade, if You want, You can try, but only at your own risk
