Dear Octopus Team.

I know i am raising voice of all users of octopus do something good for us and give this opinion to your developers.

If you are ready to give updates for us it's good and we are happy but this update is really hard to understand like if you must want to take credits from us then only charge on write Cert only on 100 credits.

Two Advices.

Give all operations free except write Cert only on 100 credits this is good or release extra pack for this update we will pay at once.

I really like the update. But for poor countries like ours, the price of credit is too high. If you want something expensive, you need to get an update like Sigmakey first. Update is late and credit is expensive. We should only consider the amount of money we will pay you.

you find a solution, it’s very expensive, you must consider all a world, not only a rich country

Covid 19 already destroyed whole economy in the world. Third world countries are at disaster level especially Asia region. We were bound to stay at home for months we paid rent for those days without running businesses. I am not seeking for sympathy but these are facts. Indian Bangladesh Pakistan we are having very low business here. Take this in your notice before increasing prices for service. Like for. And if it is possible charge one time payment that's easy for us. No matter if it is pack update.

On/Off factory mode (you don't need to disassemble the phone) = free operation

if you put phone in factory mode COM 1.0 with hardware or software TP you need to pay credits for every operation (FRP or UNLOCK or CERT )

How Pakistan there are many other Poor country, but i not understand how all you Show device in your handles of 1000$ also.

Team cannot do difference of country for price, how you buy any new tool/box/dongle thats go out can pay credits, otherwise ask Right money to your users.

We are not saying to team that you give us your tools for free we are just demanding for extra pack and not just for Pakistan we want good news for all countries it will be the good advice for all countries.
