P40 Pro ELS-NX9 unable to connect to Octopus Tool with erased oeminfo [Answered]

Phone was damaged due to unproper downgrade.
At first, Huawei tool connected it successfully:

But I was unable to flash it with anything in Upgrade mode, even the latest appropriate firmware ELS-N29_11.0.0.152(C10E1R6P4):
Code:
2021-01-13 09:46:02.919	Searching device in Upgrade mode...

2021-01-13 09:46:56.793
2021-01-13 09:46:56.922	Write Firmware(Upgrade mode) failed.
...I decided to play with oeminfo partition, made backup and erased it from the phone.
After erasing oeminfo the phone's no longer could be connected to the tool:
Code:
2021-01-13 12:00:06.149	Searching HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 port...
2021-01-13 12:00:06.401	Writing bootloader KIRIN990_5G_V1...
2021-01-13 12:00:06.603	Initializing remote service connection...

2021-01-13 12:00:29.099	Failed to write header patch 200
2021-01-13 12:00:29.285
So I can't restore my backup.

How's damaged oeminfo affected connection to the tool via testpoint and is there a way to connect these phones with damaged oeminfo for restoring a backup?

Hello.

Unfortunately, we don't have any information about devices on Android 11 version, we'll check everything in future, most likely Huawei add some changes, that's why You have such issue. Try to connect your device without battery
