Why tab reset huawei ID is hidden ? I can't reset huawei ID ( model ALP-AL00 )

Hello.

Before to perform the operation, to make button enabled, You need to connect (authorize) the device via "Connect" button.

Also note, Mr. hoangtrongfb is right, that if your device is updated to the latest Android 8.x firmware, most likely, "Reset Huawei ID" operation will not work for this device. In latest firmwares (Android 8.x) for P20, P20 Lite and some other devices uses new security encryption algorithm and it is not supported at the moment.

But why can not I manually select the tab ( Read info, Direct Unlock,...). Tool auto remove security protection

Buttons are not available (no possible to perform the operation), if you have not connected the device. If connection will be success, buttons will be enabled.
