traied another computer
and with test point not detected

You have to choose the most trusted and reliable tool.
You have Octopus, why flash with other tool?

Please first check if all the cables are properly connected from backplate in phone and if there are any problems with the usb socket. If the problem persists, then the Octoplus Huawei Tool will not help you.
