Nothing, phone new without use working perfectly, just to read info for saving parameters.

quite strange, as you are first to report such problem.
if you have this phone with you, we can troubleshoot issue and do workaround.

as quick fix : did you tried to flash it ?

hi.
i have same problem.
flash and frp unlock (factory reset) (functions with need key) work.
bul all finction with no need any button (diag functions) have same problem.
IDENTIFY, UNLOCK, SERVICE..

my phone ia TA-1279
