when you buying product, you buying product, which can do supported phone models.
nobody promised you any updates !

is there any problems with easybox HMD tool and supported models ?

if yes, please write about problems on support forum and i'll fix it shortly.

can you please add latest nokia hmd phones to remove screen lock or pattern..??
like nokia 1.4/ 3.4/ 5.4/ X10/X20 etc..
