Already I have bought 20credit pack but when I enter the registered e-mail it gives me error

you must use username/password, which you received from reseller.

It only requested for e-mail.

reseller should give you username/password
solve your problem with your reseller

Alright, but in all server I have been search in I don't see space for buyer to input password apart from e-mail.
