customer said it suddenly went off. when i charged the device over night and pressed pwr + vol up, it vibrates then show QUALCOMM HS-USB DIAGNOSTICS 900E on device manager. i already downloaded official firmware from support but cant flash because ntool software not detect device
please help

if you can not connect phone using this way, then you must disassemble phone and perform testpoint boot repair.
