I bought the credits yesterday at GSMserver and they told me that I should put my case in this forum, buy 20 credits to try and when they give me this user gives me this error

check your session logs for new password.
wait 30 minutes and use this new password.

when you press "new password" button in NTool software, your old password will NOT work for NTool, only for NTool support area.
