NTool Disconnect Problem
hi bro...
I have problem with NTool when i try service option
interface turn red color then shuts down
any solution???

Default windows 10 driver for EasyBox cardreader ( alcor based ) is faulty and it will break Nokia tool "Service" function for smartphones -
Nokia tool will be forcible closed during SERVICE operation while phone reboot to factory mode.

solution :
install this cardreader drivers :

Thank you bro... I tried to install the alcor drivers and same problem
My problem Fixed by replacing the card reader
