due to multiple "lost passwords" ability to generate new password is disabled on server side.

sadly to say, but we unable to service new security phones from now on.
we are working on this problem, but most probably it is end of non-card NTool

new security:

check IDENTIFY output
if you see
Project : xxx1 ( last digit is 1 ) - it is new securiity phone
all phones with "security version : 0008" are new security phones.

new security versions will be supported only by card version.
