Trying to IMEI repair a Nokia 7 Plus (single SIM) [B2N] but I get the error:

that's the problem, to me Consumed 10 credits and did not complete the process

please to be sure redownload NTool 0.038 from support area or mega.nz link and repeat operation

This was downloaded from the support area only. It is the latest 38 version. Worked on another phone, not on this one. I tried 2 times.

Firstly the bootloader was unlocked and it gave the same Semaphone timeout error as mentioned here. Then after locking the bootloader it proceeds but fails with this error.

please REDOWNLOAD v0.038 from support area or mega.nz link , unpack it and and repeat operation.

if still same, then please download this debug executable, replace with it original one and attempt service operation on affected phone.
post full operational log or better attach log from LOGS\ folder
