Could you help me with my iPhone Xs Max, I submitted the phone to FMI OFF, Plist method, and the server said that it had been successful, but it was not like that, when you query the imei for example in ********** the FMI is ON, The phone was in IOS 14 and it was open Menu, I asked the admin in WhatsApp and he sent me the plist method, I submitted it as before I submitted a 7 plus, I restored the phone because it was successful, but the client is upset because it was previously in open menu, is there a way to submit it again? and come out successful? Please help me, Im in serious trouble.

I've been trying to reject some iPhone orders that were ordered for days and nothing is rejected, the client is going to take his cell phone and you never answer WhatsApp, it can be solved, I've been doing the same thing for 3 days
