activation done but registration not working


hello activation done for GRT FOR INFINITY the registration process does not works as you mentioned in video please fix or answer our messages on whatsapp

I suggest you don't send pm but post only in support forum so all users and supporters can see your problem. PM is useless !

Hi YellowBoss, we understand the sacrifice you have to help us improve and solve our work, but please understand, we have some work, we make a sacrifice to activate these programs and after we can not register for problems with your server, we lose work and we have the doubt if we could have resolved with your GRT. I have little time that I acquired it and since then I could never register it on its servers and I am sure that the problem is not my PC. At least they have already communicated with me and I know they are working on that. Thank you.

support is delaying
as a user of many tools
Grt team still not have complet release so need time for fixing the isssues
Hope will be fixed soon.
Becoz customers will still claim and ask for refund for the activations they did.

is the server fixed or not ?

hello if it taking longer please process our registration manual and let us do our work ..you guys are extreamly wasting our time as support team you guys should have live support to handle the current users registration manual untill the server fixes

The problem is also that we communicate by Watsapp and ask questions of optional services to their other softwares that, if they are working, and we are waiting for an answer or a breath and they never respond, I do not understand then so that they publish a WhatsApp number ??? : \

I have buy activation
and updated my infinity box using dongle manger and I see that activation done with cm2 account

but when I take copy of my serial no. to register it @ GRT dongle web site
its always not accept serial no format
my serial have numbers and litters


can u solve my problem ????

same problem activation done but cant register my card,
may be we have paid for waiting and just seeing new update &first in the world
and no answer from grt team side 1week and still cant fix there troubles,
