same here log in successful when read cert or option always card not found trush products, sometimes successfull unlocked still locked

this team needs to be re-assessed and go back to the drawing board,this tool wasnt ready to be implemented,product manager and team need to come together and solve our problems,we complain nothing done,time is money and we paid for this tool and cannot earn from it,this is absolutely not accepted,u guys needs to do alot better

"GRT Powerfull Lg Tool" only work with old lg phones not unlocking
"GRT Pro Samsung Tool" just a scam.....
