This threat can perform a number of actions of a malicious hacker's choice on your PC. Run a full scan that should remove it. Reset browser if the got infected.

I downloaded instal pack from MEGA and when trying to install again thee same virus is on IRW_EN.exe

Maybe a false positive, if you download it from a trusted website or official website, disable antivirus, install software then give exemptions to antivirus so it won’t delete the file.
