SHP Station cannot exit from Booloader mode

I have this SHP from 2017.

And till now work well, sometime [ one time per week, probably ] needs to be re-updated due to connects on bootloader mode only.

BUT ... seem the end just come.

Now process to update do not work - even under Win 10, even on Win 7 - the station chirp like usual, when update come, but - do not go normal.

Seem the memory is exausted . Some advice in this case is welcome

The USB Voltage is normal - checked on few PC-s - nerby 4.99 - 5.02 V.

Probably 8-bit Atmel AVR [ATTINY167] Microcontroller's internal flash memory is damaged or at ReadOnly state.

The SHP application will rewrite an empty one ATTINY167-XU if i replace it?

It's funny - do you think i wasn't test all others things instead to spend a time to write on forums?..

So - atleast i was understand - the SHP is a step away from drop it to bin - is't possible to repair it without preprogramed TINY167.

Last Question:

Do you will sold me a spare PREPROGRAMMED microcontroler? Of full NEW controler PCB about?

P.S. May be a hatcher thermoregulator adopted to thermocoupler will do the job, instead to wait for a help from a genuine source?
