unrecognized usb device


I try update my Ipower X but no connect, I have error unrecognized usb device.

My box is bad ic? Box power on, but i need connect in pc for user software. but no connect. In upgrade mode is unrecognized usb device

Try to check your cable if connection good, and you can also send some small video to [email protected], thanks

I tried it with another cable, but I'll make a video and test it on another computer

Must be sure using iPOWER X cable, other type of cable may damage device
