Have you tried any unlock services to unlock your Flex phone?

ive tried an ATT sim card, and actually moved past the activation to the home screen.
after that, i did perform another GSX check and it came out as locked to ATT

by now, i'm waiting for an unlock coz i requested one for that network.

When it comes to US RESELLER FLEX POLICY they are AT&T ONLY phones sold by Walmart, Target, Bestbuy, etc... Basically any AT&T Reseller.

When you run a GSX Check report, it must show: Initial Activation : 4000 US Reseller Flex Policy Applied Activation : 23 US AT&T Activation Policy Next Tether : 23 US AT&T Activation Policy Those imeis are the one who will not get unlocked using clean service or premium service but you know they are AT&T. Some common error is "The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or tablet." when using AT&T Clean Service. This is a special service for those IMEI, but you must first run a GSX Check report and make sure it shows: "4000 US Reseller Flex" for initial activation And the device must be activated first with an AT&T SIM Card.

DO NOT SUBMIT, TMOBILE, TRACFONE OR NOT ACTIVATED ETC. THIS SERVICE ONLY SUPPORT DEVICES ACTIVATED WITH AT&T NO LOST/STOLEN DEVICES, OR FRAUD DEVICES THIS IS NOT WORLDWIDE SERVICE

Now all the websites are closed, can you guys tell me a website to do an unlock for an iphone XR

i have a 2 xmax from xfinity and 1 from us viera network.does anyone have service to unlock those or no of anyway to unlock?because r-sim not working.i heard there is a way to use the r-sim.anybody care to share that method with r-sim

You better speak with someone who deals with r-sim. Otherwise you can try to unlock them with a the service designated to unlock it. Have you ever tried to unlock before?

meanwhile, after all the waiting, the server response was that the device is "blacklisted" yet when i check for its BL status, its clean.
ive just learned that i have to look out for a server that actually supports US reseller policy as a standalone, after activating with an ATT SIM.
will post results soon.
