i had also faced the same issue,it was working fine for 2/3 months and suddenly get locked.contacted few unlock servers also,one guy offerd 90dollor instant service and some offerd 45 dollor and atlst my frnd did the unlock for 12 dollor for me,but one thing am sure thr is some solution to get unlock those iphones which comes usa reseller flex policy.

all the people told me the a common matter,tht is need the phone in thr hand to unlock ,tht means thy r not unlocking by imei number

need device in hand can do permanently unlock
i unlocked 100 + devices after unlock you can erase or restore with itunes and check
