XR not turning one, replaced IC boost U3100

Hi bro,
I got an iPhone XR which was suddenly dead while using it for no reason.
I check on the thermal cam see it is getting very hot on IC U3100 around
85 degree

this is the photo of thermal cam

Base on this video, for the IC look up

I replace the IC U3100 which took from another iPhone XR but doesn't solve any problem. The phone still getting hot on this IC as soon as I plug the battery on.

Any Ideas ?
