XS Max fmi off but still asking apple id and password - GSM-Forum

this is very strange i receved a xs max active menu an apple id inside then i check imei status FMI OFF so i decide restore but after restrore done set asking for apple and password what can i do ? i m on truble coz customer angry to me need expert suggation here is imei 357296097467776

check serial number from 3u tools, some times machine is different

also checked SN and resulte show fmi off but set still asking for apple id pass
