I bought this tool, tested with air and air 2 it does not read devices. please is there any manual or video manual how to use this tool?

hi,dear
firstly download the software from the web:ALI-SIM

than connect the tool in PC

and install the driver ,if your pc is windows 10 ,than no need install .

than you can use it .

if you can not read it ,click the last button in the first page ,it means "repair"

than can use .also you need read the list in our forum which support and which not .
