Blocked Dongles & Error : LOCKED and NOT USABLE

ERROR : Hydra Dongle Locked and NOT USABLE


Please TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. Please connect directly to pc/laptop usb port. If you use USBHub make sure cable is not too long or must be supported by power supply.
   *WE HAVE MULTIPLE ENCRYPTION INSIDE OUR APPLET. IT TAKES FEW SECONDS TO PROCESS*
   
2. Avoid running hydra if you have sniffers/debuggers and other cracking tools installed in your pc.
   
3. Please ALWAYS USE THE UPDATED Hydra Software Versions. We make it automatic update so we can fix whatever bugs and errors reported by users to avoid dongle error.
   
4. DO NOT CHANGE PC TIME.

DO NOT USE THE OUTDATED SOFTWARE VERSIONS.



if you are see This life at log :
Life : 0-[10-0-0-0-0]
Its blocked, with Master Reset buton which at HumTool you can fix it,
Master Reset allow 2 time to reset it.

if Life become like this : Life : 2-[10-0-0-0-0]
Its mean your card blocked and you are already use 2 time Master Reset Buton, Please contact with us for Rebuild your card, it will take 5-7 working days

Hail Hydra,

First of all, i like your products, platform type and many more
But i have a lot of problem about your products.

Since the day i buy this dongle, I dont have any success even on boot info in SPD tools, Qualcom Tools, Only MTK tools got success. Only once. Flare P1 FRP in MT6580 chipset.
Untill this current update arrive and i was very hopefully that my problem could be fix.
But sadly my hope was been broken. and my problem was getting worse.

I incountered this Error : LOCKED and NOT USABLE situation.
As i read above i Master reset my dongle and the problem was solve. A few moment later, after changing and changing module which is normally a repair man can do. Same problem occur.

And My dongle was directly connected to USB Port at the back of my PC.

I hope someone of your technical team solve my issue. Because i really need it.

Good, from hydra manager tool / hum tool you have to update the database or db, once it is updated it will work correctly, it must be done every time a new update comes out.

i already use the STAR KEY BUTTON on HUM TOOL but error still exist, i also directly connect the tool to my Laptop Hub.
i download the Latest setup and all Latest package, also i Update the exe and the database but error still occurs.

I install it on my PC. but still error. What happen to my dongle? after update to new version i can't use it anymore. i already use the STAR button. You said that direct to PC PORT, i already connect it directly since last time before using the STAR BUTTON. and now i can't use it anymore

NO sniffer , direct connected to pc without hub , delete all sys remote files .
i do it read info for note 8 , then close hydra re-run it this message appeared .
i use master reset for first time but same problem .
