For this you will need Install vcredist2010_x86

OR

Install QPST.2.7.460 Directly!

Hello,Please download this file QMSL_MSVC10R.dll and paste with this two folder

C:\Windows\System32
C:\Windows\SysWOW64

after following you the result is same , whats next

i have deleted the Hydra folder and extract again the latest setup , still not opening

Unfortunately I don't think you are following the instructions completely, there is a mistake on your part so first of all follow these steps.

- Uninstalled Old setup and delete folder
- now install hydra tool setup V5.5 and use normal
