i am trying to repair imei in hydra tool y7 prime 2019 with manufacture mode but my phone com showing in device manager but in hydra qualcomm tool it not detecting my com it showing only normal com 1 i also try to detect manual but nothing happen, how to solve it

here is the screen shot ,when i try to repair in hisilicon it write and done but after check imei not repair same as it was

If other trick wont work, why not connect in EDL mode, its not hard disassembling phone.

in edl mode imei is not work it is work in diag mode
