humtool not opening what i can do asap i downloaded full package 1.5 gb and download new exe but still same

-- delete folder c:/hydra tool
-- dissable antivirus
-- off pc defender firewall

license not decide yet,if you have dongle then you can use it unlimited no need renew.

good day. Can you guide me how to work with RMX2170.

I try selecting mark and model and it tells me invalid loader.

I select the firmware loaders and it tells me invalid.

I select the unauthenticated loaders that I have and it tells me invalid. I hope your help
