i can't open any hydra software [Solved]

hi, i've been facing this issue since i purchased hydra dongle, sometimes i'm able to use the dongle with no issues, but right now i can't open any hydra software, i keep getting this stopped working error.

what should i do? is there anything i can do to fix this? i only get this error with hydra tool software

i'm running on windows 7 ultimate 64bits
i've tried running as admin, running in compatibility mode, tried different smartcard drivers but it didn't work

u can install window 10

because this setup not working on window 7....

Please try to install Win 7 x64 necessary files, if not fix we prefer to upgrade your os,
windows leave the support to win 7, latest frameworks did not work properly at Win 7

just search ultraviewer with google & install in your pc after that open ultra viewer and then open hydra
