i already download the file from support
but theres noting happen when i click flash.

Android 9 Not supported for disable mi account,
You need to downgrade it to Android 8,
After Patch Mi Account by EDL, Enable ADB and Connect USB cable,
Do not Connect Wifi or Mobile Data
From the top right of the exe Select Connection: ADB, and Disable Mi Account by ADB

Good, in the hydra tool support you have some guides in pdf, which tells or explains how to downgrade the xiaomi or how to unlock the bootloader of that xiaomi model you are asking, once the bootloader is unlocked, it is the most effective method to remove semi-permanent the micloud account is through the TWRP, any questions you have do not hesitate to write again in this same thread, thank you very much.

hi sir theres no option on raw xml custom and write patch on build 67 qualcom tool

Good, if you can, you also have to update all modules and all base updates, you are not aware of all hydra tool updates.

Once updated both modules and update base as well as extra files, we enter the qualcomm module, flash tool section and we have two options:
1. Auto Scan Raw / Patch XML (we look for the firmware folder that we want to flash and it automatically looks for us or finds the rawprogram.xml and the patch.xml).
