add simlock feature for devices like t-mobile revvl 2 unlock and all latest mtk and qualcomm simlock etc support for phones modems tab etc

it may need diag mode support too

add skip update and skip update database option
so either it can continue in background or do it automatically while software not in use or after some time because as update is compulory we need to wait too long for it and customer gets irritated
