if Dongle is Blocked 2 times,we update card more then 2 times then is it Possible to Unblock Dongle or team will be Permanent Block Dongle.....?

Hello, about Dongle block error. To unblock first team will check why the dongle was blocked and then decide the outcome.
Note : Dongle is not blocked unless its being tampered from users end.
