1. Run Vivo Quacomm Tool
2. Go to "Service"-- "Vivo" Tab
3. Choose Safe Format EMMC (Flash Mode)
4. Click on "EXECUTE"
5. Insert Device with computer using USB Data Cable
6. Wait until the operation is completed.
7.Done.
