Xiaomi redmi 8a no wireless after disable find device

Sir please help me to repair wireless.
I have reset mi account ,but it relocked after connecting wifi.
After disable find device option and format mi account removed but no wifi.
I flashed it but no result.
Any suggestion to fix my phone?
