Problem In Activating Iphone 11 Pro


Hi guys im facing a big problem in activating an iphone 11pro.It gives me these when i try to activate with itunes

Ive made several checks and the imei is clean and find my iphone off

Can anyone suggest me what service should i order for activation?

It says on itunes.

Yes i found out a new policy apple applies called Chimaera Lock Still no solution
