Please download following file and extract in GSMShield Qualcomm Folder. Then run GSMShield_Qualcomm_Test.exe. You will see Use Safe Payload Size just below Check Credit button. Tick that and try flashing again.

SORRY for the late reply had fixed phone. but i got another phone today and can confirm when use safe payload size is ticked phone flashes well
2. same phone model redmi note 8 after reset mi account NO SERVICE
but this is solved by flashing the persist file
