QMobile i8i_2019 factory reset [Request]

Its failed to Factory Reset QMobile i8i_2019.
I cant find SC7731E cpu in the list so I tried on SC7731C/SC7731G.

How to solve this ????

And if there is another processor that is not in the SPD (Speatrum) list of aqua dongle, how do I get the FDL1 FDL2 from a spd, for example the SP6531 AND SP6531E and thus load the manual loader
