ipad SN replaced but can't activat ipad

hi team
did you test your box well !!

i test with ipad ( ipad wifi only not LTE) i changed SN BT and wifi then flashed can't be activated !!!
there is any special step to do that !!
the steps i do :

1-QUERY INFO
2- replaced SN then wite
-3 Replaced Wif the write
4- Replaced Bt the wite
after flash with itunes and 3Utools can't activate my iPad a

did i miss something on my steps !!!

1. U need buy a SN/WiFi/BT data (This data does not have iCloud)

I do all these steps same thing, but in the end, i succeed, I just repeat several times and worck 5 ipad
