Air 2: Unable to activate
 

I have ipad Air 2 Wi-Fi only locked to icloud

I wrote serial + wi-fi and bt mac address

After 2 days the client got it back, he made reset on it. This happens because resellers sell the serials many times

The device got error unable to activate

I wrote new serials and macc addresses, flashed from DFU, but it is the same

I wrote like 10 complects of serials for A8X but always the same error

The activation code problem, there are some codes restricted by the Apple server and cannot be activated

please guide me activation code can we repair or what?
