ipad air 2 A1567 error 14 ???


hi , i have ipad air 2 ios 13.6
i try shift + update to ios 14.2 then i got itunes error 14
itry 3utools and get error 20
how to fix my problem by magico diag tool
please help asap

Step 1 : Connect Magico Diag Tool,Enter purple screen mode
Step 2: Click "Backup SYSCFG." to backup hard disk data
Step 3:Click "Clear All Date" to clear the hard disk data
Step 4: Click "Exit recovery mode, Exit diagnosis" to exit the purple screen, When you see a white apple on the screen, remove the Magico Diag Tool.
Step 5: Connect Linghtning USB Cable, Restore with iTunes,it Will report error 53
Step 6: Connect Magico Diag Tool,Enter purple screen mode
Step 7: Click "Wr.backup SYS." to write backup data
Step 8: Click "Exit recovery mode, Exit diagnosis" to exit the purple screen, When you see a white apple on the screen, remove the Magico Diag Tool.
Step 9 : Connect Linghtning USB Cable, Restore with iTunes,Done

i do steps from 1 to 4

step 5 when restoring i got same error 14 by iTunes
3utools stuck at 20% writing file system ?????
now ipad stuck at recovery mode

Device working normal in ios 13
