The shortage of power management chips has made Apple's already tight supply situation more complicated, which further makes it difficult to meet holiday demand hopes. Apple is now facing a tight supply of a variety of devices (including iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch), leading to longer waiting times for orders. At the end of last month, Apple CEO Tim Cook told investors that the company was "very, very hard" to resolve ongoing supply issues. |
