FAQ BORNEO SCHEMATICS RE-ACTIVATION

1) Does every time I do reactivation, my Borneo Schematic validity period returns to 12 months?
When you re-activate, you add your active period in using Borneo Schematic for 12 months. if previously you still have an active period, then the active time will be added with a new activation period


2) Is there a limit to re-activation?
No, anyone can reactivate without having to wait for the validity period to expire. because the system will automatically accumulate your active period. this is a consideration if there is a reactivation promotion, those of you who still have a lot of activation time can take part in this promotion


3) Is the activation code for re-activation the same as the initial activation code?
Different, the re-activation code uses a separate code. at a cheaper price than the first purchase


4) My initial purchase was activated by purchasing a double user, can I re-activate to become a single user?
No, single user re-activation is only for single user accounts. Likewise, double user re-activation can only be extended with double users.


5) My first year using Double user together with my friend. When the active period was about to end, my friend did not intend to continue Borneo Schematic. what do I have to do ?
You still do reactivation with a double user. if your friend does not continue the period of using Borneo Schematic, you can look for new potential customers to be a join partner to replace your previous friend


6) My Borneo schematics have long expired, how long is the limit for reactivation

3 months, if you pass the 3 month expiration limit, your account will be permanently deleted from the Borneo Schematic system


7) Where can I re-activate?
Contact the previous seller where you made the initial purchase, if the original seller is not available, you can re-activate it to another authorized seller


8) Can we use re-activation code for open new account ?
No, reactivation code only work for reactivate the old account


9) When did seller need to stock reactivation codes ?
Seller need to stock reactivation codes when their client user has near or reach limited to one year period using Borneo Schematic. User will ask to renewal their account
