Hello, I have a problem with EMT. I bought 10 credits to disable the lock on the Redmi note 7 (lavender) but the disconnection was unsuccessful. The smartphone has become a cyclic restart. I would like to get my 10 credits back. I have a video of the unlocking process, as well as screenshots

I didn't save any logs, but I did save screenshots and a video of the unlock process.

Hi,

Phone version is Miui12.5.1.0 now, "disable screenlocks" working for miui11 and below version only, you will get this prompt when you press this function.
