Hello, I know that this question has already been answered on many occasions, but in my specific case the real problem is that I cannot communicate with the support team to enable authentication service. I have tried to send the required data, username of my EMT account and IMEI number but I do not get a response as I am pending approval by emegsm from my skype contact.

en estos momentos el servidor está en mantención, se puede solicitar servicio de auth cuando el servidor vuelva a trabajar, saludos.
