I need to know the status of my order,

CHIRAGP_D5DE705686

This guy never responds, I tried 2 of his email adresses, hotmail & Yahoo, I tried SONORK, no luck,

I also tried the contact form on his website chiragp.com

nothing....

So, do you actually communicate with your customers, if yes, how?
and why am I waiting for an unlock which you categorize as "instant" to "few hours". This is the 10th day almost. nothing!
