I am really not usual newbie-idiot, who for example request refund for his own fault like wrong IMEI submitted, or too low IQ to understand how to submit order correctly, ... But I also have no patience for "hide and wait" games like many GSM-morons here play. I even asked before buying credits, I refund is by money, not credits.

My principle is: Service/goods agains money. No service, no money - No money, no service. No hard feelings.

Simply put: It's sellers job to inform customers of any delays not stated. I regularly checked site and Twitter and tried to contact and only after 8 days of no updates choose to do something.

If service works, I cancel my PP case the same second.

The services worked fine for the last months, I don't know what is happening. I opened a dispute in paypal 4 days ago, bored of waiting..

No, not yet. Still waiting. It takes time, he has 14 days to reply from the day you opened case. But as you mention "chargeback": Maybe chargeback from post-paid VISA card makes things little faster for Paypal?
