PayPal Chargback for Ebay unlock Codes - GSM-Forum

This person purchased unlocking codes from me using various eBay user i'ds . Purchases were made within few days of each other. I now see PayPal Chargeback claim for all of them.

I would like your expert advice on this matter so i can defend the case successfully. Codes were sent to customers through eBay system hence i don't have any proof of delivery to the ad******* on PayPal page. Total amount £34x4 £136 British Pounds.

Can do

before supply anything , make sure he is old here atleast

2nd ask them to reply same email of paypal which sent to him and show he accept what he used to pay

and if possible ask them send same name details of document which name he used in paypal

last day 3 people send us more than 800 Euro , but when ask for verify , they said why should we verify , we pay so give codes

after 3 hours paypal got disputes

but thing is we do not deliver , so better you guys also must verify with new clients atleast 1st time so no loose at end

for make more sell many people just look for sell codes all over but at end lost double

Prepare secure while you sell online ,

because paypal is always with buyer and that cheaters use that point to make cheats

on top of that Paypal charged me £14 as charge back settlement fees for each transaction!
is there anything i can do to the imeis? or report to some us departments?

Simply tell paypal is virtual ITEM AND Deliver over email
