Hello. I have the same phone, same issue.
The process freezes on either write lock info or Read OTP... OK.

Twice it managed to go all the way to 'Network Unlock done!' but phone still asking for Network unlock code on both sim1 and sim2.
Phone in hand ready to test if you need any additional info.
