This issue cannot be caused by provider change. May be fp changed after system update, this will be fixed in 4.7 version.

you shut also give us fingerprint COUNTER.. in program.. to let us NOTICE there is some magick mojo hapen.... instead of leting us in BLIND FOREST full of this super secret confidental blabhblah mojo stuff thx..


i see no reason why not.. every agrument i read about it.. / and i do understand you fight sharing and hackers,.,.but there is not reason to make this GENERAL step withou let know all other werry much paying customer's pay fot it twice.. same like with credit system on rest of Z3X couse you cant do much about hacking your samsung tool.. that!s was same anti-customer mistake..

Also you have opportunity use 1 from 4 attempts to connect login with any z3x-card and use login on any pc.


If we will get any confirmation about login sharing - login will be banned forever.

All this rules listed in user agreement while you install software.


Any threads about finished attempts will be deleted in forum, nothing to discuss about this and waster time of supporters and forum space.
Software has counter when you will have new attempts.

HOW i can lock purchase of PANDORA with my actualy exist HARD BOX Z3X with full lifetime act

(china, *******, lg etc) to not trigger fingeprint while swithcing HW, and use BOX as key to log in.. instead of login is there way??

Just buy a separate PC\laptop and use it only for GSM-program (without OS updates). You can make a few system backups with Acronis, for example. It's not too hard )))

In 4.7 windows update dont touch fingerprint.

Hello. Yes, any pc without problem.
Same with online + z3x card, you can use card as fingerprint - use it on any pc without limits, just need connect z3x card to this pc.

Help me i changed pc to a new pc yesterday and was working fine, but today my software is saying fingerprint changed. you can bind new pc no sooner than 2/6/2023 12:10:02. you have 2 changes left until 1/6/2023 17:33:49. but is the same pc i was using yesterday, what can cause this fingerprint change yet i never changed pc or reinstalled system. help i don't want my chances to be consumed.
