What happened is that yesterday I formatted my laptop... I installed Pandora again and started with my username and password... it told me that it would deduct 1 pc from the counter, I accepted and it started correctly... the problem that I wanted to work on today new with pandora and it tells me as if the password and username were wrong, what I did was put the username and password again and it tells me that my fingerprint changed again and that it will deduct 1 pc but it is the same laptop from yesterday , and it doesn't let me log in until the 26th. I clarify it is the same laptop that I logged into yesterday after formatting

I had to buy another new account because you as support did not want to help me. I have my z3x box but it has another SN. I had another license pandore online last year and I never linked my box to pandora and this new license is warning about two changes but I dont understand what happened. I alreayd asked my reseller but no answer from them yet.
When I opened first time my new license of pandora it warned about first change of pc but I didnt pay attention. But now I now there is a problem with license.

Can you check if this license has any problem please.

i have recently had multiple re-installations of windows due to major issues with my machine.
